Initial Intake Evaluation (60 minutes) CPT code 90791 : $130-$160.00


Follow-up Session (55 minutes) CPT code 90837 : $110-$130.00 


Phone calls are not billed to insurance and are billed directly to the client at the following rates*:

10-15 minutes: $32.50

16-30 minutes: $65.00

31-45 minutes: $97.50

46-60 minutes: $130.00 


* These rates also apply to any requested service outside of therapy session, including but not limited to: email correspondence, reading assessment or evaluations, writing assessments or letters, and collaborating with necessary professionals with client's consent for continuity of care. 


Sessions that are not cancelled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time are considered late cancellation and billed at $80.00. Any appointments that are missed without any contact from the client to the therapist by the time of scheduled session are considered No-Show and are billed at $105.00. Appointments that are rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to $55.00 rescheduling fee. All fees must be paid in full prior to client's next session.
